Dear Parents & Carers,

We hope you had a wonderful Festive Break and are back in the swing of things now we are into our Spring Term!

Our Half Termly Theme last half term was “myths and Legends” and we had a great time discovering and learning new things!

We had a great time celebrating Guy Fawkes night and Christmas!

Our new theme this Half Term is the Cool Caribbean! We have a jam packed activity schedule covering everything from Caribbean crafts, to games, cooking and sports!

Christmas Holiday Club 2021

Our Christmas holiday clubs were a great success this year and we are very thankful to the staff and activity providers for helping to make the holiday club great this year!

We had our Brilliant Bricks Lego workshop where the children made some amazing creations.

There was a circus skill workshop which the Children really enjoyed.

The highlight had to be our Christmas Pantomime – Oh no it Wasn’t!!!

Dick Whittington was a fabulous way to end the week with our Children. Both Staff and children really enjoyed this festive treat and we even got snacks and drinks too!

Holiday Club Early Bird Discount

We are taking bookings for our Half Term in February 2022! You can get a whopping 10% discount if booked and paid for before 20th January 2022, using code FEB22 when booking online.

We are open at South Camberley Junior School, Lakeside Primary School Frimley, Fernhill Primary Academy in Farnborough, The Cambridge School in Aldershot, St Polycarp’s School in Farnham and ST James School in Weybridge.

The dates are slightly different for each club:

Weybridge, South Camberley and Frimley are open from 14th -18th February.

Farnham, Aldershot and Farnborough are open from 21st – 25th February.

We hope you come along and join us to go “to Infinity, and beyond”!

We offer a 10% discount for the NHS, Emergency Services & Armed forces for our holiday clubs through the blue light card scheme; if you log in to your blue light account and search for Casa Clubs you will be able to find the discount code.

Please log in to your Casa Clubs account online and review your information, please ensure your password is set, any contact information is up to date and all information is correct. If you have any problems updating your information, you can call the head office during office hours on 01252 727000, office hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am-2.30pm.

Medication & Dietary Needs

If your child has any medical, dietary or additional needs it is really important that you fill in the information on your online account, this will give us information on specific requirements for the care of your child. It will involve giving us some background and instructions on how we can further care for your child while they are with us.

If your child does take medication or an epi pen, it is important that we have a copy of this medication onsite at all times for your child. Please make sure that your child’s medication is given to the team leader onsite, in a clear plastic bag with your child’s name on it. You will also need to fill in a medication request form, giving us authority to administer this at clubs if required. This can be requested from your team leader or downloaded from the website under after school clubs. If your child does have any dietary needs we do cater for this for breakfast and snack times, again we just ask that you make us aware of this on your booking with as much information as possible.

Contracts and Ad-hoc Sessions

At Casa clubs we offer two different types of sessions:

Contract sessions are for parents who require the same day each week, each month. This is invoiced a month in advance and payable a month in advance. You only receive one invoice per month, It is also cheaper for you in regards to session prices, however in order to cancel a contract, reduce or cancel a day we requires a month’s written notice in order to do this for you. You can do this via [email protected]

Ad-hoc sessions are designed as one off requirements or emergency childcare, you can book these sessions online at www.casaclubs.co.uk, we do have specific terms and condition’s surrounding ad-hoc sessions, if you book the same session twice in a row for two weeks, this would be deemed as needing regular care and the head office would contact you to discuss your childcare arrangements.

If you need any help with your bookings or need to discuss your requirements, please call and speak with someone in the head office, we will be more than happy to help you.
